Custom cylinders
Our custom cylinders are based on the product groups of our standard cylinders. For custom solutions, we draw on both our many years of experience and proven designs from our standard and special hydraulic cylinders. These designs are tried and tested, used by many customers, and give you the assurance that “it works.”
Standard cylinders
We have been active in cylinder manufacturing for 40 years. In addition to our customized cylinders, we have developed a standard range of cylinders for general applications based on our factory standards, which has been continuously adapted over the years to reflect technical advancements. Our standard cylinders are divided into the following product groups: block cylinders, hollow piston cylinders, screw-in cylinders, built-in cylinders, spring clamping cylinders, as well as various accessories.
Service / Added value
Whether you choose a standard cylinder from our factory-standard range or a customized special cylinder, we offer the option of call-off orders in both cases. In this case, all required components for the cylinders are fully machined by us and stocked for you, including seals. You benefit from reliable, predictable, and short delivery times. This service is also available for spare and wear parts.

Our hydraulic cylinders are precisely tailored to your requirements – in terms of pressure, medium, temperature, and your specific application. Whether in tool making, mold making, plant engineering, fixture construction, or stamping – and also for your individual application. Your requirements define the design.
We supply custom cylinders in series according to your requirements
Your custom cylinders are in good hands with us! After clarifying all technical details, we manufacture and supply “your cylinder” as a custom cylinder in series production.
Our standard cylinders
We have been active in cylinder manufacturing for 40 years. In addition to our customized cylinders, we have developed a standard range of cylinders for general applications based on our factory standards, which has been continuously adapted over the years to reflect technical advancements.
Our standard cylinders are divided into the following product groups: block cylinders, hollow piston cylinders, screw-in cylinders, built-in cylinders, spring clamping cylinders, as well as various accessories.

Screw-in cylinders are particularly suitable for use in multi-clamping fixtures as well as in mold making. The cylinders are directly screwed into the fixture body. This enables a space-saving design and eliminates the need for hydraulic lines, manifolds, and similar components. The pressure medium is supplied through internal bores.
For our cylinders, thrust pieces with radius, with point, as well as with coupling pin are available.
We also offer locknuts. Due to the fine thread on the cylinder body, the hollow piston and spring clamping cylinders can be secured in position using one or two locknuts.

Feature
Roller-burnished cylinder bore
All cylinder bores in our cylinders are roller-burnished. In addition to excellent surface quality, this results in cold work hardening of the cylinder bore. This improves sealing performance, increases the service life of the seals, and also enhances the wear resistance of the cylinder bore.

Feature
Piston case-hardened and ground
Our piston rods are case-hardened and ground. A hard surface layer with excellent surface quality combined with a tough core ensures a durable piston rod and reduces the risk of brittle fracture. Induction-hardened and chrome-plated piston rods are also available upon customer request.

Housing and screw connections black oxide coated
In addition to the piston, hydraulic cylinders essentially consist of two other main components: the housing and the screw connections. These components are black oxide coated. This process creates a thin protective layer on the surface, with the aim of preventing oxidation of the components.

Application-specific sealing systems
Our cylinders are equipped with application-specific sealing systems. These are designed for the respective application and take into account parameters such as temperature, pressure medium, operating pressure, stroke frequency, and friction.
